It is usually 16, 20 to 25 micron printed hard temper foil coated with special Heat Seal Lacquer. It can be seal to Base Material of : PVC, PvDC, PS, Apet Film or Cold Forming Foil (Alu-Alu). Blister Foil is widely used in the pharmaceutical / food industries.
It is usually an Aluminium Foil 30 or 40 micron coated with Heat Seal Lacquer. Special Print Primer is coated on the foil surface for good printing purpose. It is widely used in pharmaceutical industries.
[UNDER DEVELOPMENT] The common material specification of this product : PA (Nylon Film) 25 micron / Aluminium Foil 50 micron / PVC 60 micron. Other thickness combination are available upon request. The aluminium foil is coated with food grade epoxy to prevent cracking during cold forming process. It is widely used in pharmaceutical industries.
